Wow! Boy, have we been busy. Between soccer, school and all the activities I do for PTO or work I do for the business, we have been busy. But this past weekend, we put it all aside, and throughouly enjoyed ourselves and the opening of the pool. The kids LOVED it! I'm convinced Alijah's our waterbug this year. He NEVER wants to get out and he ALWAYS wants to get back in.
Our weekend was jam packed full of mostly relaxation, friends and family. What more could you want, right?!? On Monday, we had our annual BBQ and were completely entertained as Aden and and his siblings/cousins put on a dance performance. It was GREAT. You can see a snippit of one in the post below.
John and I had a chance to get away for the evening and head out on a date which was nice. It's always SO nice to have some time alone! We really were just a "couple" at one point in this crazy ride called LIFE.
We are gearing up now for the last week of school, more soccer, a few programs and who knows what else....The kids are super EXCITED for their one last School's Out Party. It should be LOTS of fun!!! A great way to go out with a bang:-)
Ari finished her last day of pre-school today and Ashton finishes up tomorrow. This year has completely flown by....But, we LOVED it!!!!
