I know I kinda summed up February a few posts to go but I feel like SO much happened that it deserves one more shout out:) This month alone I have seen FAITH and HOPE first hand. First being with my mom! What a living testimony she is:) As well as my dad! The two of them together are AMAZING!! I'm unbelievably blessed in so many ways and they are the reason why. They have taught me first hand what it means to have faith, hope and a relationship with God. My mom is doing remarkably well. She had brain surgery a little over a week ago and is home now and resting. She even made it out to Alex's wrestling meet last night:) Her speech has some quirks that I think can be ironed out with therapy but for now, I think we are pretty good at understanding what she is trying to say;) If all else fails, she knows how to point her finger....lol I am just so thankful for God's watchful hand in this entire process. There's no denying he was part of the entire process. And I am also thankful for all of you who took the time to either call or text me as well as check on my sister. It was nice to have the comfort of friends:)
I have some other reasons to be so full of HOPE at this time as well. I can't help but grin from ear to ear when I say that. I just know that I married one amazing heck of a man who has given me SIX amazing kiddoes:) We are truly blessed! I believe in the power of prayer and to see all the instances it has been answered this month alone just brings a smile to my heart. God is watching over me. God is watching over my family. Amen!!!!
On a sidenote, after this crazy month one would hope for a little rest but there's none in sight. I can't believe how crazy our schedule is about to get. And being a single mom during the week, I am definitely praying for some divine intervention when it comes to being two, three, four places at once:) I will get it done but it's a little overwhelming to look at on my calendar. But, I look forward to all that we having coming up! Fun times:)
