The Daniel Fast...21 Days.

Wow, I did it! Going in, I didn't know if I could but my stubborn self never backs down to a challenge;)  I am so thankful I chose to do this on my own. For myself. Don't get me wrong, it had it's rough days (especially, the weekends) but it was worth it.  I read The Daniel Fast by Susan Gregory as well as the Bible and another book daily. I spent lots of time journaling and praying. I pretty much cut myself off from the outside world. It was actually kinda nice. A great way to stay focused.  I had thought I would write a ton about my journey but I realized, I did. In my journal, daily.  I definitely plan on fasting again with the New Year of 2014.  This was by far the BEST start to a new year I have ever had.
