And They Do the Darndest Things, Too!!

OK, so my day should be going great, right? It's 70 degrees, the sun is shining and I can even here an occasional bird chirping. But no, I have sick kids. Alijah is rounding out day 4 of being sick and wouldn't you know it, Ari woke up with a low-grade one this morning. But now, Ashton is crying his eyes out because his head hurts, he has a fever, and he just feels miserable. I wish they could go out and enjoy the sunshine but when your head hurts days like today make you even more miserable. Been there, done that, yuk!

Now to the title of my post. See, earlier, a friend called while Aden and Alijah were painting. I went to other room for what seemed like only a second and when I came back I found this Picasso that you see in the pictures here.

As you can see, she saw her shirt as her canvas and why the orange went in the hair, who knows? Just thought I would share this masterpiece caught in action..........

EDIT: Gotta a call this afternoon from the school.......Alex has "the fever" and had to be picked up early:-( I think we are at 4 down and 2 to go! Who knows what tomorrow may bring.
