I'm so ready for Friday!! My kids 1st day of School. I think this day will be good for all of us. I need a break. They need a break. We love each other but being with each other non-stop for the last couple months we are ALL ready to get back to "our lives". Meaning, the kids are ready for their friends, their sports teams, and their social circles. I'm ready for grocery shopping alone, quiet afternoons and keeping my house semi-in order. Granted, with back to school comes a crazy, hectic schedule but I think we, as a whole, we run better when we have an itinerary:-) Too bad that itinerary isn't on a tropical island somewhere but you get what I mean. Since we won't be doing any island hopping anytime soon, it's just nice to have a sense of order to our lives. I think this will prove to be an exciting and eventful year. Middle School, Elementary School and Pre-school, who knew life could be so intriguing?!?!? There will be many first for all of us, I think. I'm sure I will post about them:-)
Off to try and conquer my dirty floors.....
