Well, to say it's cold is an UNDERSTATEMENT!!!! We are currently living in the frozen tundra and NO, we are not in Wisconsin. The kids are definitely enjoying their days off and John and I are enjoying our time home with the kids. Granted, we would prefer John be out working but he would be a popsicle if he went out in this. The New Year is starting off harder than the old year ended. But we will survive!! We have before. We will again.
I wasn't really one for resoltions this year but I can say I saw LOTS of change in the past year. Some good. Some bad. But enough to call it a learning experience and move on. I've seen plenty of CHANGE in lots of things over the past year and it only makes me wonder what is to come. I think my eyes have been opened to many things!!!
Other than this freezing weather, we are doing well. I am subbing more than usual this month due to my dad's health but it's fun and I enjoy it. John is spending time being Mr. Mom and I think he enjoys it, too. I know he would rather be out pouring basement walls but we will just continue to pray for GOD to provide! We have each other, a roof over our head, and our Faith. What more do we need?!?!?
