I may be going slow but I am NO LONGER the one on the couch:) Happy to have gotten my work out routine back on track the last couple weeks. Who knows what will happen when school starts back up but for now I am enjoying my "quiet time" Except for the heavy breathing....haha 4 out of 6 days last week and 5 out of 6 this week. Hopefully soon, I will be back to six days a week. Mixing it up with walking/jogging/strength training and high intensity cardio:) Obviously I am a little ADD so the the variety makes it fresh each day:)
