Christmas Break Has Arrived But Not Before....

LOTS of plays, parties and programs. The kids had a GREAT last week of school before break. We started the week off by attending Ari's last Christmas program as a pre-schooler. More importantly, it was our family's LAST year at Presby. We could not have asked for a better pre-school to start our children's education. One reason we picked Presby was for their faith-based programs:-) They have helped us to teach our children about Jesus! We have had amazing teachers for the last 10 years: Mrs. Lafountain, Mrs. Dempsey, Mrs. Conley and Mrs. Carlson!!! All the kids had the same teachers for the years we were there and we have LOVED them all!!! It will be weird next year not to have to go to the "Presby line" but it is time to our family to move on...in a good way:-) Plus we get to head back for Karolina and Cooper's programs:-)

I also attended Alijah and Aden's school program that afternoon. They were in the class choir. Aden danced and sang his heart out and you could tell Alijah had no desire to be there:-) I must admit this play was far better then some I have seen performed in year's past. Thank goodness!

On Thursday, I headed to school with Ari for her class party. We had a great time! She was so excited that I stayed with her:-) They played a game where you wrapped your classmates up as a gift and Ari was the gift:-)

On Friday, I attended class parties for Alijah and Alex and showed up so fashionably late for Aden's that I missed the entire thing;-)

Alex's class did a play about Santa's tenth reindeer. Alex was sick during try-outs so he opted for the choir and made a pretty awesome cowboy. Except he would put his music in front of his face so I couldn't take his pic:-) His class had the best turnout for a class function that I had ever attended....about 60 parejnts and grandparents:-)
