A friend's husband and buddy decided to do this challenge awhile back and now I've decided to do it for myself. Everyday for the next 50 days, I am gonna try my best to get in 50 push-ups and 50 sit-ups. I think some of my older boys are gonna try it too. Want to join me?
EDIT: Only two days in and my arms are on fire!!! I guess it's been awhile since I've done push-ups;) I am really enjoying the challenge of it though and seeing some of my kids try to do it as well. It really doesn't take that long to do. The sit-ups aren't bad at all. Who knows if the results will be visible but I will know that I have put forth an effort.
I also enjoyed a four mile walk/jog today so I am feeling pretty good! I love mornings when I don't have an agenda:)
