Moulin Rouge - Your Song HD

So, tonight on Idol it was Elton John night. While I have found this year's Idol not to be anything over the top, I still watch. But tonight's episode intrigued me for a couple of reasons. One, I really do love Elton John songs. I guess some of them I didn't even know were Elton John songs when I had heard them in the past but I grew a new affection for them after seeing Elton John in concert in Vegas. While the show was a little TOO Vegas for me, the music was AMAZING!! Whatever you think of the man, you have to admit, he CAN sing and man can he play the piano. Vegas was a great trip with great friends! I want a repeat! It was SO much fun!!! So, as I ramble on, you probably wonder why I have the clip of Moulin Rouge. Well, tonight on Idol one of the contestants sang this song and it made me think right back to this movie. Now, this movie is different. Granted, it's odd. I LOVE it!!! It ranks right up there with some of my favorite musicals:) I love Ewan McGregor's voice:) I think I may need to dig my copy out this weekend and watch:) Oh, and maybe I should plan a trip to Vegas:)
