Well, I don't know if it is that famous but it does hold a special memory for me! I remember having the "bunny cake" when we would go to Gramma Glass' for Easter! Hers always had coconut on it and I think maybe a black jelly bean nose and black licorice whiskers. Needless to say, the kids and I changed it up a little with cherry twizzler whiskers and starbust jellly beans for eyes and a nose:-) It was a great way to top off our Easter dinner that was shared between John and I and the kids. We set up the dining room all fancy and made a ham, cheesey potatoes , green bean casserole, corn and hot rolls. It was a lot of fun but sad not to have any extended family around. We truly did miss them:-( It was nice though to have a new tradition with the kids. Our family is growing up way TOO fast!!!!Sunday, March 30, 2008
