Once again, it's Daylight Savings Time. Who thought this stuff up? It drives me CRAZY! Especially the fact that it always in occurs in the middle of the night of a Sunday and it screws us up for church one way or another. Last Fall, it was because we set the clocks the wrong way....this time, my kids have been sick and they were still sleeping when it was time to leave. I know there's a point to this somewhere but it makes me wonder if some guy was just sitting at his desk looking for things to do. And since, this didn't happen for Indiana until a few years ago, I think I know which guy that is...........But seriously, what is the point of DST? I think it has to do with the farmers but I really don't know.........
Also, since it is a good reminder don't forget to change the batteries in your smoke detectors and your carbon monoxide detectors. We know, firsthand, how scarey, c.m. poisoning is so please, take it seriously!
