The countdown to July 4th "party week" has begun:-) Tomorrow is the much awaited and anticipated Glass Splash. Ariana's birthday FIESTA will soon follow on Tuesday and who knows who will be here for the 4th:-) I am sure there will be some sort of gathering.
I usually feel a little stressed about now but I spent the last two days relaxing and doing stuff with the kiddos so I have my "party face" on and am ready to "get the party started", LOL. You know me, such the party animal!! The past couple of days we hit the mall, Old Navy, went to Auburn to visit are newly adopted Gramma Helfrich:-), went to the free movie, went to see Live Free or Die Hard (Is John McClane Jack Bauer's twin?? Hmmmm!!), and the big highlight of the last two days.........drumroll please..............a trip to Wal-Mart sans les enfants!!! How often does that happen?? And of course, while there, the infamous question......"where are the kids, how did you get out alone?" Anyhoo, nothing really exciting in the Wade World these days but I am sure I will have tons of pictures to post in the next week. Our 33yo son (haha) is leaving for a misson's trip today in NYC so keep him in your prayers along with my Aunt and Uncle who are in , I believe, Austria on a mission's trip as well. It is always such a joy to see and hear people who follow the "little me big world principle".
Ok, the rugrats are up and we have errands to run. We must stock up on waterballs and waterballoons for the upcoming festivites:-)
I have more pix to post but will have to do it later. I want to post some from last year's Glass Splash and Ari growing up this year.
