The List...

Remember the list I made a few posts back? You know, the one that wasn't a "resolution" but in a way it REALLY was. Well guess, what? I'm not fairing very well on my list. I don't think I have accomplished anything I had set out to start changing yet this year. I have 11.5 more months to figure it out but it had me thinking today.

I have been absolutely CRAZY BUSY the last 14 days. Hard to believe with a bad foot and all but I just can't believe how it is literally feast or famine around here. We either have tons of downtime or NO downtime at all.

The kids are doing great. Back at school, back with their friends and loving every minute. Andrew stars wrestling on Monday so that puts us back on a bit of a "schedule" again as far as evenings etc. It doesn't look too bad though.

John has been busy being Mr. Mom and doing an AWESOME job. Makes me glad to know, I can enjoy my day while he holds down the fort.

I have been SUPER busy with life and the Aims Web testing job that I took on. When I said I would do it, I didn't realize I would have so much other "stuff" going on but it is ALL working out for the best. I LOVE the ladies I work with and I really enjoy seeing them. Unfortuntately, we only work about 8 more days together and then we won't be a group again until May. The job is "harder" than subbing but I still enjoy it. We work from the moment we get there until the moment we leave. There is really no downtime. Thankfully, God placed me in a group with some amazing women:-)

The foot is still a hindrance at this point. Not as much pain as two weeks ago but not normal either. I have a noticable limp. The bruising is gone. The aching is still there. I accomplished wearing tennis shoes this past week and hope to get back to regular shoes this week. I am guessing I should go back to the doctor but just don't seem to have the time at this point. I feel like I will finally be able to breathe once February is here and I can attempt to focus on my list.

I have so much to to be thankful for so I have focused on that this month. Hope you are all well and succeeding at your resolutions.
