What can I say?! We had yet another GREAT day!!! We didn't really go into today with any plans. We were just happy to have John home for the weekend and thought we might cookout or something but nothing was planned. We talked about going to the pool since we never made it yesterday but then we decided to do something we hadn't done in a long time. We decided to hit the lake:) And I'm so glad we did!!! I think we had the most relaxing weekend we've had in a LONG time. We loaded up the kids, grabbed some burgers and dogs at the local grocery, a bag of charcoal, our cooler and we were set. We spent five plus hours just grilling, playing and John and I did a lot of lounging:) The kids LOVED it!!!! They played and played and were SO mad we finally made them come home! It was a great Father's Day not only because John was able to celebrate with our children but I had my dad there,too!!! It was great!!! We have some charcoal left so I see another "Lake Day" in our near future:)
