So, last night while watching GLEE and their rendition of Bohemian Rhapsody (which I thought was interesting yet good) I couldn't help but think back to my favorite version of this song! I have always been a die-hard QUEEN fan. In high school, it was my "classic rock". I LOVED it and my best friend and I would listen to it quite a bit:) You know....Somebody to Love, Another One Bites the Dust, WE are the Champions, Fat-Bottomed Girls....just to name a few. Anyway, I had even thought to myself yesterday about the GLEE episode and if they would incorportate Quinn's baby's birth with song etc. and when the music started, I caught myself laughing and then saying, "Hey, this works!". Now, back to my post.....This would be the classic Wayne's World! I think I used to have most of it memorized. Nancy, my sisters and I would watch it over and over. Better yet, we would play Bohemian Rhapsody in my convertible and would all headbang at just the right part. This song, this movie, bring back so many great memories!!!!
